- Residual Volume: ≤0.5 ml (tested in a 50ml bottle), ≤0.8 ml (tested in a 100ml bottle).

Do you support the use of PCR materials for the bottle body and pump head? Will it affect vacuum sealing?
We support PCR, ocean-recycled plastics, and bio-based materials. Piston fit tolerances need to be re-verified, but a vacuum level of ≤-0.08MPa can be maintained.
Can you customize single pump volume to 0.5ml or 1.0ml? How much will the cost increase?
We support customized pump cores. Mold fine-tuning costs depend on the order quantity.
Can this vacuum bottle pass ISTA transport testing? What are your packaging recommendations?
It can pass ISTA 1A/2A drop and vibration tests. We recommend adding dividers to the inner box or individual bubble wrap packaging to further reduce breakage rates.
