If the customer needs to adjust the order quantity, can we adapt quickly? Will it affect the delivery time?
Absolutely. Our production line adopts modular design and has extremely strong flexible production capacity. If the order volume increases or decreases by less than 30% on the original basis, there is no need to adjust the equipment additionally, and it can be directly inserted into the existing production plan to ensure that the delivery time is not affected; if the adjustment is large, we will give a new production scheduling plan within 24 hours, and guarantee delivery through overtime capacity or temporary allocation of spare production lines to minimize the interference with the buyer's supply chain.
The sealing of the product is the key to refillable cans. How can we ensure that the can body does not leak?
Sealing is one of our core technical advantages. We use a double-channel silicone sealing ring design, combined with precise mold processing technology, to ensure that the bite error between the can lid and the can body is controlled within 0.02mm. In addition, we can also optimize the hardness and structure of the sealing ring material according to the viscosity of the buyer's product to ensure that different forms of cosmetics such as lotions, creams, and essences can achieve perfect sealing.
If customers have special quality requirements for products, can we meet them?
Absolutely. We will formulate special production and quality inspection plans based on the special quality requirements put forward by buyers. From special screening of raw materials, to key monitoring during the production process, to special testing of finished products, all will be strictly implemented in accordance with the requirements. In addition, samples will be made for buyers to check and confirm before production. Only when the samples meet the requirements will mass production be carried out to ensure that the final product meets the special quality requirements of buyers.
