We have established a full-process quality inspection system from raw material inspection to finished product delivery, equipped with 30 full-time quality inspectors and imported testing equipment. The sampling rate of each batch of products is not less than 5%, and key indicators (such as wall thickness uniformity and light transmittance) are 100% tested. For long-term cooperative customers, quality inspectors can be sent to the factory to supervise the production. In terms of after-sales, we promise to respond to quality issues within 48 hours. For products that are indeed defective in production, in addition to free reissue, we will also provide exclusive quality improvement reports to assist customers in optimizing packaging solutions and reduce problems from the source.
