Does the material of the refillable cosmetic bottle meet the cosmetic contact safety standards?
Our cosmetic bottles are made of food-grade PET, PP, high borosilicate glass and food-grade silicone. The material has strong chemical stability and has been tested to be compatible with common skin care products and makeup ingredients without chemical reactions.
For cosmetics of different textures, does the bottle design support targeted optimization?
Support targeted optimization. For viscous creams, the bottle mouth can be designed with a wide mouth and a built-in spoon slot for easy access; the liquid essence adopts a narrow dropper design to accurately control the amount; spray products are equipped with a high-pressure vacuum nozzle to ensure that the spray is fine and tightly sealed to prevent oxidation of the contents.
What are the printing and logo processes for the bottle? In terms of brand recognition, can high-quality brand customization be achieved?
Supports screen printing, UV transfer, hot stamping/silver, laser engraving, relief/embossing and other processes.
What are the capacity specifications of the bottle? Can you customize small sample bottles below 10ml or large family packs above 500ml?
