Cosmetic Tube Manufacturing Process
1. Preparation of raw materials for cosmetic soft tube
2. Extrusion molding of cosmetic tube packaging
3. Sizing and cooling
4. Cutting of packaging cosmetic tube
5. Surface treatment
6. Sealing and assembly
7. Quality inspection

1. Cosmetic soft tube raw material preparation
According to the performance requirements of the tube, select appropriate raw materials, such as LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE in polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH), aluminum cosmetic tubes, etc. Weigh the raw materials and masterbatch according to the formula ratio, and use a color mixer to stir and mix them.
2. Cosmetics tube packaging extrusion molding
The mixed raw materials are put into the extruder and heated to melt. Under the push of the screw, the molten raw materials are extruded into a tube through the die. Multi-layer co-extrusion technology can be used to produce multi-layer composite tubes, so that each layer of material can play different performance advantages.
3. Sizing and cooling
The extruded tube passes through a vacuum sizing device, which uses vacuum adsorption to make the hose close to the sizing sleeve to form the required pipe diameter. It is then cooled by a cooling water tank or air cooling device to solidify the tube.
4、packaging cosmetic tube Cutting
According to the length requirements of the product design, the continuous tube is cut into sections of a certain length using cutting equipment. Cutting equipment usually includes mechanical cutting and laser cutting. Mechanical cutting has lower costs, while laser cutting has higher precision. You can choose according to the hose material and production requirements.
5. Surface treatment
Printing: Print patterns, texts, logos and other information on the surface of the hose by screen printing, offset printing, hot stamping, hot silver and other processes.
Frosted, pearlescent and other treatments: The surface of the hose can be frosted, pearlescent and other effects through chemical treatment, physical grinding or adding special additives, which increases the beauty and texture of the tube.
6. Sealing and assembly
Sealing: Sealing the cut tube. Common sealing methods include straight-grain sealing, diagonal-grain sealing, umbrella-shaped sealing, special-shaped sealing, etc. The production date, batch and other information can be printed on the sealing.
Assembly: Assemble the processed tube with the cap, pump head, massage head, ball bearing and other accessories to complete the manufacture of the cosmetic tube.
7. Quality inspection
Carry out comprehensive quality inspection on the produced cosmetic tubes, including appearance inspection, size measurement, sealing test, pressure resistance test, etc. Products that fail the inspection will be reworked or scrapped to ensure that the final product quality meets the standards and customer requirements.

How to Fill Cosmetic Tubes With Lotion
Prepare materials: You need cosmetic tubes, lotion, a filling machine or syringe, and a clean work area.
Sanitize: Sterilize the tubes and tools to prevent contamination.
Fill: Use a filling machine or syringe to slowly fill the lotion into the tubes, leaving a little space at the top.
Seal: Seal the tubes immediately after filling to avoid leakage and contamination.
Inspect: Check each tube for proper filling and any defects.
How to Fill Empty Cosmetic Tubes
1.Gather materials: Prepare empty cosmetic tubes, the cosmetic 2.product, a funnel, and a syringe or filling device.
3.Prepare the product: Ensure the cosmetic is in a suitable state, e.g., properly stirred if it's a cream.
4.Use a funnel: Place the funnel on the tube opening. If the product is viscous, a syringe might work better.
5.Fill the tube: Slowly pour or inject the product into the tube through the funnel or syringe, not overfilling.
6.Seal the tube: Cap the tube tightly to prevent leakage.
How to Hand Close Aluminum Cosmetic Tube
1.Prepare the tube: Ensure the tube is clean and filled with the appropriate cosmetic product.
2.Align the cap: Place the cap on the tube opening and twist it gently to start threading it on.
3.Tighten the cap: Use your fingers to firmly twist the cap clockwise until it's tightly closed. Make sure it's sealed well to prevent leakage.
4.Check the seal: Give the tube a gentle squeeze to ensure there are no leaks.
How to Seal Plastic Cosmetic Tubes
1.Screw Caps: Align the threads of the cap with those of the tube and twist the cap clockwise until it's tight.
2.Snap Caps: Place the cap over the tube opening and press it firmly until it snaps into place.
3.Heat Sealing: For some plastic tubes, you can use a heat sealer to melt and seal the opening. But this requires proper equipment and technique to avoid damaging the tube or product. Make sure the seal is tight to prevent leakage and contamination.
How to Use Up Cosmetic Metal Squeeze Tube
1.Squeeze from the Bottom: Roll or squeeze the tube from the bottom up to push the product towards the opening, making it easier to get out.
2.Use a Squeezer Tool: Utilize a tube squeezer or roller device to press out the remaining product.
3.Cut Open the Tube: Once it seems hard to squeeze out more, carefully cut open the tube from the bottom with scissors to access the remaining cosmetic and scoop it out with a spatula or brush.
How To Use Up Cosmetic Metal Tube
1.Squeeze and Roll: Start from the bottom of the tube, squeeze and roll it upwards to push the product towards the opening. Do this regularly as you use the product to ensure you can access all of it.
2.Use Tools: Employ a tube squeezer or a clip to apply even pressure and extract the remaining cosmetic.
3.Open the Tube: When it's difficult to squeeze out more, carefully cut open the tube's end with a pair of scissors. Use a spatula or a small brush to scoop out the leftover product.
