What is the bottle made of? Is it safe?

Our vacuum bottles are made of high-quality plastics such as food-grade/cosmetic-grade PET/ABS/AS.

These materials have undergone rigorous testing and meet international safety standards such as EU 1223/2009 and US FDA, and are non-toxic, odorless, and highly impact-resistant.

The internal piston and sealing components are made of medical-grade silicone or PP material, ensuring excellent airtightness and chemical stability.

What capacities and styles are available?

Our standard capacities range from 15ml to 150ml, including:
15ml, 30ml, 50ml, 80ml, 100ml, 120ml, 150ml. Common styles include round, square, and conical. We support customized colors, surface finishes (such as matte, frosted, hot stamping, silkscreen printing), and pump head types (such as push-button, duckbill), to meet your different brand positioning and product needs.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 5000 pieces/style.

For orders with special colors, special processes, or large capacities, the MOQ may be adjusted on a case-by-case basis. Our sales team will provide you with a clear answer after project evaluation.

How long does it take to make a sample? What is the mass production lead time?

Sample production time: Standard samples typically require 3-5 business days.

If mold making or complex customization processes are involved, the time will be extended accordingly.

Production Time: After sample confirmation and prepayment receipt, the production cycle for regular orders is approximately 30 days.

During peak seasons or for special orders, the production time may be longer; we will specify the delivery date in the contract.

What is your production capacity? Can you meet large orders?

Our monthly production capacity reaches 5 million units. We have multiple automated production lines and an experienced production team, sufficient to handle large-scale order production needs and ensure stable supply.

Which port do you ship from?

We primarily ship from Ningbo Port or Shanghai Port. These two ports are China's busiest international hubs with numerous shipping routes, ensuring your goods are transported quickly and efficiently to destinations worldwide.

What trade terms are available?

We typically use FOB (Free On Board), but can also provide other trade terms such as CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) or EXW (Ex Works) upon request.

Can you customize for our brand?

Absolutely. We offer comprehensive customization services, including:

1. Appearance customization: bottle color, shape, texture.
2. Printing customization: silkscreen printing, hot stamping (gold/silver), labeling, UV printing, etc.
3. Structure customization: special pump heads, opening/closing methods, inner liner designs.
4. Packaging customization: inner box and outer carton design and printing.

How to start a customization project?

Contact our sales team and provide your requirements (capacity, material, color, process, quantity, etc.).

We will provide an initial quote and design proposal.

After confirming the proposal, you will pay the sample fee, and we will begin sample production.

Once the sample is confirmed to be satisfactory, a contract will be signed, a deposit for the bulk order will be paid, and production will be arranged.

Is the product quality guaranteed?

We provide a quality guarantee for all products leaving the factory.

From raw material procurement to finished product delivery, every step has a strict quality control system (QC).

If you receive goods with non-human-caused quality problems, we will be responsible for free replacement or refund.

Will the vacuum bottle "not suck up" or "leak"?

Normally, no. Our vacuum bottles are precisely designed and tested, with perfect airtightness between the piston and the bottle wall.

If problems occur, they are usually due to the following reasons:

1. Improper use: Forcibly unscrewing the pump head when there is still a lot of product in the bottle, disrupting the vacuum environment.
2. Extreme temperatures: Prolonged exposure to high or low temperatures may affect the performance of the silicone seal.
3. Rough handling during transportation: Causing deformation of the bottle or damage to the pump head.

How to properly use and maintain the vacuum bottle?

1. First use: Press the pump head several times to expel air from the bottle until liquid flows out.
2. During use: Do not unscrew the pump head when there is still product in the bottle to prevent air from entering.
3. Cleaning: After use, drip a small amount of water into the connection between the pump head and the bottle body and gently press a few times to clean.
4. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
