Empty Deodorant Bottle

Empty deodorant bottles consist of a PP or PE outer barrel, threaded actuator, internal carrier platform, and snap-fit cap for solid deodorant or balm formulations. The bottom wheel rotates the internal screw track and transfers vertical motion to raise the product during application.
During production, molten deodorant formulations are filled through the top opening while the carrier platform remains in the lowered position. After cooling and solidification, the cap is installed and the actuator rotation is tested before final packaging.
Bottle bodies are commonly injection molded using PP or PE resin. Material selection affects dimensional stability, shrinkage behavior, and compatibility with oil-based or wax-containing deodorant formulations during storage and transport.
