Plastic Deodorant Containers

Plastic Deodorant Containers

Plastic deodorant containers consist of a PP or PE outer barrel, threaded actuator, carrier platform, and snap-fit cap for solid deodorant formulations. During use, the bottom wheel rotates the internal screw track and transfers axial motion to raise the product through the dispensing opening. Standard filling processes inject molten deodorant at approximately 70–90°C before cooling and solidification inside the barrel. Container capacities commonly range from 15 g to 75 g depending on body diameter, actuator height, and internal fill depth configuration.

01 / Plastic Deodorant Containers Transportation & Storage

Cap Retention During Transport

It  feature a snap‑fit cap structure that maintains engagement with the container body during carton vibration and repeated handling cycles. Their cap geometry and interference tolerance affect retention force during pallet transport, warehouse stacking, and long‑distance shipment conditions.

Storage Temperature Conditions

It  with PP and PE bodies are commonly stored under ambient conditions between approximately 5°C and 45°C. Elevated temperatures may increase formulation softening or fragrance evaporation, while low temperatures can affect product contraction inside the barrel.

Resistance to Deformation

It  features cylindrical body geometry that distributes vertical stacking load across the container wall during warehouse storage. Their wall thickness and resin shrinkage behavior influence deformation resistance during long‑term storage and transport compression.

02 / Capacity & Dimensions

Standard Filling Volumes

Plastic deodorant containers commonly support filling capacities from 15 g to 75 g depending on internal barrel height and body diameter. Smaller formats are typically configured for travel-size products, while larger structures support extended consumer usage cycles.

Dimensional Structure

Container dimensions include body diameter, internal fill depth, actuator height, and cap clearance. These parameters affect filling volume, lifting stroke distance, and compatibility with automated filling and capping equipment during production integration.

Packaging & Carton Arrangement

External dimensions influence carton quantity, pallet stacking density, and transport efficiency. Cylindrical structures reduce unused spacing during carton packing and support stable orientation during automated sorting and warehouse handling processes.

03 /Plastic Deodorant Containers Appearance Customization

Surface Decoration

It supports silk screen printing, hot stamping, UV coating, and shrink sleeve labeling on their body. Decoration processes are applied after injection molding and before final assembly depending on artwork position.

Color & Material

It uses PP and PE resin compounded with custom masterbatch formulations to produce opaque, translucent, or matte surface finishes. Dual‑color cap and body configurations separate branding zones.

Shape Customization

It allows  modifications to container geometry, cap profile, and shoulder radius through mold adjustments. Their customization affects external appearance, filling volume, grip behavior, and line compatibility.
