Principle of ozone sterilization

Ozone-killing bacteria belong to biochemical oxidation reactions. Ozone oxidation decomposes the enzymes necessary for the internal oxidation of glucose in bacteria; It can also directly interact with bacteria and viruses, destroy their cell walls and ribonucleic acid, decompose macromolecular polymers such as DNA, RNA, proteins, lipids, and polysaccharides, and destroy the material metabolic growth and reproductive process of bacteria; It can also penetrate the membrane tissue and invade the outer membrane lipoproteins and internal lipopolysaccharides acting on the outer membrane, causing the cells to undergo permeability distortion and causing the cells to dissolve and die. In addition, the dissolution of genetic genes, parasitic strains, parasitic virus particles, bacteriophages, Mycoplasma, and pyrogen(bacterial virus metabolites, endotoxins) in dead bacteria is destroyed. The principle of the effect of aseptic technology on microorganisms can be divided into three types: bactericidal, bactericidal and lysozyme.
