Refill Structure
Removable Inner Cartridge
The container uses a two-part structure consisting of an outer reusable shell and a replaceable inner deodorant cartridge. After the product is depleted, the user removes the internal cup assembly and inserts a new refill module into the existing housing without replacing the external body.
Snap-Fit & Threaded Integration
The refill cartridge engages with the bottom actuator through a threaded connection or snap-fit locking structure. During rotation, the actuator transfers torque to the refill platform and lifts the solid deodorant upward through the dispensing opening during application.
Refill Replacement Process
To replace the refill, the empty cartridge is pulled from the outer shell and a new module is pressed into position until the locking features engage. The cap and actuator remain attached to the reusable housing during replacement cycles.

Reuse Mechanism
We are looking for a cooperative partner to expand our business.
Outer Shell Retention
The external housing remains in service during multiple refill cycles, while only the internal deodorant cartridge is replaced. This structure reduces disposal of thick-wall plastic components such as caps, actuator housings, and decorative outer shells after single-product use.
Repeated Rotation & Closure Cycles
The threaded lift mechanism supports repeated opening, closing, and rotational actuation during daily use. PP and ABS outer components resist thread wear and maintain cap engagement during repeated handling and transport conditions.
Material Consumption Reduction
Compared with single-use deodorant containers, refill systems reduce polymer consumption by retaining the primary structural components. Material reduction depends on refill geometry and wall thickness configuration used during cartridge replacement cycles.
FAQ
How Is the Refill Installed?
The refill cartridge is inserted through the top opening of the reusable shell after removing the empty module. The cartridge locks into the actuator interface through snap-fit tabs or threaded engagement depending on the container configuration.
What Formulations Can the Container Hold?
The structure is typically used for wax-based deodorants, balm sticks, and solid cosmetic formulations filled at approximately 70–90°C. Compatibility depends on formulation shrinkage, oil content, and cooling behavior after filling.
What Are Common Failure Modes?
Thread wear may occur after repeated actuator rotation cycles if dimensional tolerances are not maintained. Leakage or cartridge movement may occur when refill locking tabs deform under repeated insertion or elevated storage temperatures.
